Courier Partners

We have partnered with 10+ courier partners (ATS, FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, ECOM Express, Xpressbees, etc.) for smooth and expedited delivery of parcels. These are third-party service providers that are not owned by vidishaelectricals.

India Post (GOI)

If your location is in J&K, North East States, or in remote areas or villages, then we highly recommend that you select this option for confirmed delivery; otherwise, the order may get delayed or returned due to a non-serviceable area.

  • Note: Shipments via India Post can be delayed due to regional or national holidays and limited working hours.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are likely to be shipped faster than COD orders. It may take 0-2 working days to dispatch the order if the material is available at the warehouse. If there is any delay in dispatch, then the customer will receive an update regarding the same, or the parcel will be dispatched in parts as per communication.

COD Orders

Buyers can place Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders from Rs 100 to Rs 2000 with some additional charges. Due to logistics reasons, some products may not be shipped under the COD option. COD orders will go through certain verification and validation processes. It may take 2-4 working days to dispatch the order after a successful verification process, provided the material is available at the warehouse. If there is any delay in dispatch, then the customer will receive an update regarding the same, or the parcel will be dispatched in parts as per communication.

Delivery Estimation

After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with customers through which they can track their orders. Depending upon location, pincode, and whether the area is urban or rural, it may take 3-9 days for the order to get delivered. You will get the estimated delivery date via the tracking link.

Self-Pickup

Our store is located at 6/157 Main Road, Hyderabad, Telangana 501301. Customers can choose the Self-Pickup option at checkout and collect their order directly from our store.

  • Alternatively, they may book a pickup rider using services like Porter or Rapido for faster delivery to their address.
  • Please note that order packing may take up to 4 hours.
